“It takes more than one individual to make a program successful.”

Volunteers are a key part of the YMCA Junior Leadership Dayton program’s success. We receive support throughout each program year from over 40 community members who volunteer their time as speakers, chaperones, and advisors. With volunteer support and the support of our sponsors we can continue to provide a quality program to high school juniors throughout the Miami Valley at no cost to the student or participating schools.
